If you're interested in a stronger, more conditioned mid-section check out AB-solution! In this 45 minute class you will participate in exercises that target your abdominal and low back muscles. A variety of equipment will be used including the stability ball and gliding discs giving your 'trunk' muscles a challenging workout! All fitness levels are welcome and encouraged!
