If you're interested in a stronger, more conditioned mid-section, check out AB-Solution. In this 45 minute class you will participate in exercises that target your abdominal and lower back muscles. A variety of equipment will be used including the stability ball and gliding discs, giving your "trunk" muscles a challenging workout!
